The fundamental idea behind the blank:store was to open a true streetwear store in Armenia and make it possible for the increasingly more street fashion-conscious local buyers to have access to a high quality selection of good looking and functional authentic apparel.

blank:store set to fill this niche and establish not just a well-stocked and always on-trend store, but a platform for tasteful, well-curated goods that introduce fresh ideas and new perspectives.

The shop, initially named about:blank, was founded as an online store by Michael and Aram in mid-2020. In late 2022, it was renamed to blank:store and a physical location opened at Gevorg Kochar 23. After more than a year, blank:store ceased its in-person operations and returned to an online-only format.
